Striving for work-life balance
We’ve all heard that we should “leave personal issues at home and work at work,” but that’s easier said than done. Every employee is unique and how they react to life’s stress (within the workplace and outside) is unique as well.
Employees are one of the most valuable assets of your business or organization. They are your advocates, and when stress or personal problems begin to create a poor environment in your workplace that could adversely affect your employees job performance.
Support them with an Employee Assistance Program
For more than 25 years, Corporate EAP has partnered with employers to increase the effectiveness and productivity of their workforce. We are committed to quality, ethical practice, customer service satisfaction, efficiency and value.
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), is a confidential program that provides a variety of services to help employees and their families overcome problems and difficulties. Our team of certified, licensed professionals, provide more than just an “assess and refer” program, as they work with employees one-on-one to address a variety of issues.

We can also help those who are facing financial problems or legal trouble, health or emotional issues, or grief.
Our services can be incorporated into a wide variety of workplaces, and is much more than counseling service. Designed to assist in many aspects of your workforce as a whole, providing beneficial educational programs and team building skills with performance improvement projects that results in a win-win situation for your employees and your company!
